How much are rooms at Holly Lodge?
The prices quoted are based on bed and breakfast basis.
When is Breakfast served?
Breakfast is served between 8am-9:30am in the main house kitchen and conservatory. Guests will have a menu left in their rooms which they will select from. Please complete your order and leave in the designated basket in the kitchen or conservatory area and a member of your team will collect and prepare.
Does Holly Lodge allow smoking?
Holly Lodge is a non-smoking establishment.
Do you accept pets?
Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property, unless service dogs. Please speak to a member of the team.
Do you accept children?
Sorry, we do not allow children at this property. This is an adult only retreat.
What is your cancellation policy?
When making a booking, our agreement is a legal contract. All bookings require full payment upon booking. Cancellations made with more than 1 week notice will receive a full refund. Within 7 days of arrival the room is non-refundable and non-transferable. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover in the event you are unable to give the required minimum notice.
What time is check-in?
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival or unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. The key to your room will be kept in a secure key safe, the key safe code along with further information will be conveyed to you by email two days in advance of your arrival.
What time is check-out?
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Do you operate a waiting list?
For customers who book direct, we operate a 'waitlist' when we are full. Please click on your desired date and a form will pop up for you to complete. If a room does become available, we will be in contact. Please note there may be more than one person who is waitlisted for your date/s so we will call back in the order that requests were received.
